I believe that real homemade food has become a thing of the past. Its all about slapping it on the plate, get em fed, take the money and move em out like cattle to make the next buck.
I might be scorned by other owners for that one, but hey, this is my opinion.

I am bringing back "From Scratch" foods.
Yes, I am going to peel that pot of mashed potato or pre-boil and pan fry those home fries just like Mom used to do when you were young, or for us older folk, earlier in our careers.

You are not going to be promised a 5 minute lunch,
you will be promised great homemade foods,when you get it.
Our Prices Will Be Coinsidered Rediculously Low
& Critics Will Ask.....How Do You Do It? Ypu Will Fail !!!!

Instead of gouging your customers once a week, allow them to budget a second or third outing.
